On December 16, 2011, three women were traveling west on La Palma Avenue in Anaheim when a left-turning driver struck their Toyota Highlander, causing it to roll-over. All three women were hurt in the collision, and the worst injured suffered an open, comminuted fracture of the right wrist. That victim had to be transported emergently to Western Medical Center in Santa Ana where surgery was performed the following day to reduce the fracture and stabilize the wrist. The other two victims suffered soft tissue injuries to their neck, back shoulders and arms.
According to the Traffic Collision Report, the driver traveling east on La Palma, intending to turn left onto Manassero Street, failed to yield to oncoming traffic, causing the collision.
All three victims of this tragic accident have retained the Law Offices of Paul W. Ralph. They are all continuing to receive medical care and treatment for their injuries.
