Tragic accidents like the one above are all too common, especially on Pacific Coast Highway in Orange County.  With the high number of cyclists and motorists sharing the road on PCH, it is not too surprising that accidents occur with such frequency.  Adding to the problem caused by traffic volume is a host of things such as roadway lighting, lane width and driver compromise.  A large number of people travel to the beach areas in Orange County to drink, eat and socialize.  Once a careless or reckless driver is confronted with an already dangerous roadway, the tragic consequences are predictable.  Now, this poor man's family will have only the courts to turn to if they want some semblance  of justice.

Compensation for the victims of fatal automobile accidents caused by a reckless or careless driver and/or a dangerous roadway should be an important concern for all Californians.   When a negligent driver causes a tragic accident like the one above, he or she should be held accountable.   An Orange County  personal injury attorney with experience at handling traffic collision cases can make a fair assessment of these claims.   Mr. Ralph has more than 21 years of experience handling Orange County personal injury cases, including those involving dangerous roadways and careless drivers.  He can be reached at 714-919-4415 for a FREE CONSULTATION.
