Paul W. Ralph, Attorney at Law

For over 20 years, Mr. Ralph has been practicing personal injury law here in California. The first two years as an attorney he worked on the defense side of injury cases and now focuses all of his professional efforts prosecuting those matters on behalf of his clients.

Mr. Ralph currently represents injured clients in the following areas of law:

Among his numerous appellate victories are Fuller v. Tucker M.D. 84 Cal. App 4th 1163 (2000); Jane Doe v. City of Murietta 102 Cal. App 4th 899 (2002). Both of these cases are often cited and are still the law in California.

Because of the importance of the cases handled in the past, Mr. Ralph has appeared on CNN (interviewed by Anderson Cooper) and has been quoted on the front page of the Los Angeles Daily Journal. Additionally, Mr. Ralph's cases have made the cover of Trials Digest and have been cited in the Press Enterprise, as well as other local newspapers.

As for his educational background, Mr. Ralph attended college at California State University, Fullerton. After receiving his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminal Justice, he went on to Southwestern University, School of Law, receiving his Juris Doctorate in 1990.
